Working as an NP in rural Prince Edward Island (PEI), my passion for helping people navigate prevention, wellbeing, and illness continues to grow. Advocating for the Nurse Practitioner (NP) profession and empowering colleagues to practice to their full scope allows me to connect, network, and collaborate with all members of the health care team. Working in an interdisciplinary team in the Intensive Care Unit, the patients I care for have access professional, evidence-based, and meaningful health care.
